ROBERT S. JACKSON
President & Chief Investment Strategist
Robert “Bob” Jackson, President and Chief Investment Strategist of Vista Financial Advisors, has over 30 years of experience in the global financial industry, where he is a noted author and expert. His career began in the late 70’s with Merrill Lynch, after which he joined Drexel, Burnham, Lambert in New York as Vice President focusing on investment banking and tax-related investments. From 1984 to 1990, he served as CFO of Graham Securities (Covington, LA) where he was involved in funding over $1.8 billion in energy acquisitions and structured the firm’s $1 billion initial public offering. Since the early 90’s, Mr. Jackson has led numerous successful financial projects including a large class action lawsuit that recovered over $2 billion for investors, international financial consulting for a Fortune 500 company in over 50 countries, as well as corporate business planning and structuring of private and public offerings.
DIANA M. FOLINO
Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Diana M. Folino joined Vista Financial Advisors in July 2005 and was recently named Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in December 2010. Her operational oversight includes business development through various marketing and sales efforts, human resource management and client relations. Mrs. Folino also serves as Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Trading where she is actively involved in the on-going analysis and implementation of Vista’s Investment Strategy along with ensuring Vista’s compliance with all applicable provisions of the Advisers Act and the rules that have been adopted by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Prior to joining Vista Financial Advisors, Mrs. Folino spent over six years working with a Financial Planning Firm based in Jacksonville, Florida. Mrs. Folino earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Liberty University and holds a Series 65 license and Life, Health & Variable Annuity license. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Women and serves as a Trustee for the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce.
